One of my favorite quotes is from Alice Walker: “The most common way people give up their power is by thinking they don’t have any.” I believe that with true passion, experience, and opportunity, we all have the power to do anything we put our heart into.

I was born and raised in Zagreb Croatia, and when I turned 12, I came to San Francisco with my family. At 20 years old I passed my real estate exams and acquired a license, but quickly learned my heart was in the one thing I personally struggled with the most; Skin.

Graduating from Cinta Aveda Institute in San Francisco, armed with an excitement for all this knowledge, I wanted to share it and help people. I learned quickly and eagerly. I fell in love with the results and in the excitement my pleased clients gave me after each treatment.

Idolizing more than a 35 year veteran in the field, I was lucky enough to have been taught by Bella Schneider. The experience gave me an invaluable education about skin, massage technique and how to truly establish a long-term relationship with my clients.

I believe that one should never stop learning and evolving. In the following 13 years I’ve gained valued experience in massage and medical aesthetics, medical grade products and natural lines. I operated lasers such as Fraxel, IPL, Venus, Thermage and Clear and Brilliant, and came to the conclusion that while lasers are very effective they also are very expensive and don’t guarantee a wanted goal.  A consistent, more natural approach to skincare really goes a long way, as well as our digestion and water intake.
